These terms govern your use of this website, operated by TryMeAI PTE. LTD. (UEN 202526310W), a company registered in Singapore at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site describes what TryMeAI does. It does not itself provide virtual try-on to shoppers, and using it does not grant a licence to the TryMeAI platform.

Commercial use of the platform — SDKs, APIs and everything behind them — is governed by a separate written agreement between TryMeAI and the retailer. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business evaluation.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

The content of this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the TryMeAI name — belongs to TryMeAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

Nothing on this site transfers any right in that material to you, beyond the limited use described above.

This site describes 2D virtual try-on, the AI fashion agent and size recommendation, and 3D avatar creation, cloth simulation and the 3D virtual trial room, which are not yet available. It does not state which capabilities are included in any particular agreement.

What TryMeAI supplies to you, and the form it takes, is fixed by your written agreement with us and not by this site. Capabilities may change in scope over time, and the images and descriptions here are illustrative of the product rather than a specification of it.

Try-on images shown on this site and produced by the TryMeAI platform are generated by artificial intelligence. They are illustrative visualisations of style. They are not exact representations of fit, size, colour, fabric behaviour, or how a garment will look or perform in reality, and AI systems can produce inaccurate results.

Images on this site that show a garment worn by a person may be AI-generated. Nothing here should be read as a photograph of a real fitting.

We take care to keep this site accurate and to attribute any figure we quote to its source. Even so, content is provided for general information and may become out of date.

Nothing on this site is professional advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for a conversation about your own circumstances.

Where this site links to another organisation's site, that link is for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This does not affect the governing-law or dispute provisions of any separate written agreement between TryMeAI and a retailer, which govern that relationship.

How we handle personal information, including photographs uploaded to use virtual try-on, is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date below shows when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
