1. Who We Are
TryMeAI Pte Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company (UEN: 202526310W). We are a dedicated technology intermediary, subject to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which is overseen by the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
2. Data Collection Policy
We only use your photo to render clothing fit. We do not need to see your face; you are welcome to crop your face out of any photo before uploading. Our AI focuses strictly on torso and limb dimensions.
While the merchant (the store you are shopping at) knows your identity, TryMeAI identifies you only by an anonymous Token ID. We do not store your name, email, or payment details.
3. Deleting Your Data
You can delete any photo or measurement yourself, at any time, through the TryMeAI interface.
4. AI Ethics & Model Training
We maintain a "Privacy-by-Design" approach. Unlike other platforms, we do not use your personal images to train, improve, or retrain our global AI models. Your data serves only one purpose: giving you a result in real-time.
5. Secure Multi-Cloud Infrastructure
TryMeAI uses a secure, multi-cloud strategy for performance and data protection. Your data is handled within isolated, encrypted environments.

6. SDK Permissions & Data Collection
TryMeAI is a specialized AI module integrated into this store via our SDK. We handle data collection directly to ensure maximum security and compliance. We require the following technical access:
- Camera Access: Triggered only when you click "Take Photo." We do not record or capture images in the background.
- Direct Secure Upload: Your photo is sent directly from our SDK to our encrypted environment, bypassing the merchant's servers to enhance your privacy.
- Non-Persistent Identifiers: We use temporary session IDs to link your fit check to your session. We do not access your device's contacts, IMEI, or global identity.
7. Children’s Privacy & Safety
TryMeAI is designed to be safe for all ages. We recognize that photos of children are sensitive, and we process them with "Privacy by Design" under Singapore's latest AI and PDPA guidelines:
- Under 13: We only process these photos with the assistance of a parent or guardian. By helping your child use the tool, you provide consent for this temporary fit check.
- Ages 13–17: Teens can use the tool if they understand that the photo is only for sizing purposes.
We never use children's data for marketing or building long-term profiles. Parents can email privacy@trymeai.com for immediate manual data deletion.
8. Responsibility & Policy Updates
TryMeAI independently manages the security and logic of our AI models. While we provide this service through a merchant’s platform, the data protection standards for the try-on process are maintained by TryMeAI according to Singapore law.
We may update this policy as our technology evolves or as Singapore's PDPC issues new regulations. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Common Questions
Q: Can a TryMeAI employee see my photo?
No. Our system is designed so that images are processed by algorithms without human intervention. Human access is only possible if you explicitly invite us to view a specific image for a technical support request.
Q: Should I include my face in the photo?
It is entirely up to you. Our AI does not perform facial recognition and only needs your body proportions. If you feel more comfortable cropping or blurring your face, the virtual try-on will still work perfectly.
Q: Does TryMeAI know my shopping history?
No. We only see the specific garment you are trying on at that moment. We do not track your purchases or link your body data to your credit card or home address.
Q: How can I delete my data immediately?
You have total control. You can manually delete any uploaded photo or measurement directly through the TryMeAI interface at any time.
